The new South Tuggeranong Fire & Rescue station has been completed. The Emergency Services Agency (ESA) will be holding an ‘Open Day’ on Saturday 28th of March. There will be a range of activities for the young and not so young to enjoy, including face painting, demonstrations of the the ‘Jaws of Life’ rescue equipment and a sausage sizzle. All funds raised will be donated to Pegasus, a not-for-profit community organisation that provides equestrian activities for people with disabilities. ‘Open Day’ activities will commence at 10am and finish at 3pm.
