CABINET MEETS AT
Tuggeranong college
Chief Minister Jon Stanhope is encouraging Tuggeranong residents to join ACT Government Ministers as part of the Cabinet in the Community initiative at Tuggeranong College on Saturday 28 November from 10.30am to 12.00pm.
“The Cabinet in the Community initiative is an opportunity for the community and individuals to raise issues of local importance and for the ACT Government to discuss local initiatives,” said Mr Stanhope.
Cabinet in the Community gives Canberrans an opportunity to meet informally with Ministers one-on-one over morning tea and is just another way Canberrans can get their views and suggestions across about things that are important to them and their families.
“It gives the community greater access to ACT Government Ministers and the Tuggeranong Cabinet in the Community is a perfect chance to meet new Minister Joy Burch Member for Brindabella,” said Mr Stanhope.
