Icon Water will outline its planning for the next five-year investment proposal, covering 2028–2033. The proposal will help shape how water and wastewater services are delivered and priced, with issues including infrastructure renewal, population growth, water security, climate resilience, environmental outcomes and household affordability.
The Owners Corporation Network of the ACT will explore the realities of strata living for owners and residents. Topics include how owners corporations work, costs and responsibilities, pets and unit alterations, building quality, stronger governance, and practical sustainability measures such as solar, batteries, EV charging and electrification. The presentation will also provide an update on the Strata Management Inquiry and the proposed Strata Commissioner.
