On the 23rd November I presented the first Tuggeranong Community Council “Community Service Award”to Jacquelyn Grundig from Trinity Christian School. She has supported the community in many ways including helping out at Ronald MacDonald House and actively working with the Girl’s Brigade.
It was a great privilege to present a certificate to Jacquelyn and “The Perpetual Award” to the school. We feel it is important for the community to connect with young people and schools and for schools to connect with the community in general. We saw this award as a way of starting to get students more involved with the general community and to recognise those that do. Congratulations Jacquelyn from all of us at the Tuggeranong community Council.
