Hockey ACT has sought the support of the Council to change the lease so they could put Child Care centre on site to help pay for cost of upgrades.

After your presentation at the last Tuggeranong Community Council meeting we took a vote and all were supportive of the proposed changes, i.e.
• Deconcessionalisation /add Child Care use for Block 7
• Increase GFA of Block 7 to allow for child care
• Remove 2017 cessation of car parking for Bloc 7
Therefore Hockey ACT has the full support of the Tuggeranong Community Council to change the lease to enable a child care centre to be build on ACT Hockey leased land to help fund future improvement to hockey fields in the ACT
